Ingredients

  • 4 corn tortillas
  • 3 eggs

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Chop onion into little bits (1/2 inch–1 inch) and fry in butter until brown.

Tear up corn tortillas into one inch squares, throw in with onions and fry in (more) butter.

Allow to become brown or crispy.

Push onions and tortillas to one side of pan, add a little more butter and scramble eggs.

Mix contents together and salt to taste.

Garnish with avocados, cheese, sour cream and/or salsa.
