- 3 tablespoons mango sorbet, melted
- Sparkling white wine (such as Champagne, Cava or Prosecco)
- Whole strawberry (for garnish)
1. Spoon sorbet into champagne glass about 30 minutes before serving.
2. When sorbet has completely melted, fill the glass with sparkling wine and stir once gently to combine.
3. Before serving, slice the bottom of the strawberry and slide it over the rim.
