2 8-ounce servings
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced (approximately 2 cups)
- 1/3 cup coconut manna, at room temp (such as Nutiva)
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk, chilled
- 2 limes (zest and juice)
- 1 teaspoon honey, optional
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute, until smooth.
