Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced (approximately 2 cups)
  • 1/3 cup coconut manna, at room temp (such as Nutiva)
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk, chilled
  • 2 limes (zest and juice)
  • 1 teaspoon honey, optional

Preparation

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute, until smooth.
