Ingredients

  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 cup chopped dandelion greens
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup fresh berries
  • 2 tablespoons plant-based protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Pinch of cinnamon

    This is the perfect healthy smoothie to kick off your morning, and power you through the day. 

    Preparation

    Place all ingredients except cinnamon in a blender and blend until smooth (about 45 seconds). Pour into a tall glass and top with cinnamon.
