  • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 2 cup whole grain complete pancake and waffle mix (the bon appétit test kitchen used kodiak cakes brand)
  • 2 cup buttermilk
  • 6 tablespoon wheat germ
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon (1/4 stick) butter
