Production associate Audrey Ekman tested these flip-flops and says they’re a great basic to own for traveling. “Even though they don’t appear to have any arch support, the memory foam-like footbed makes them surprisingly comfortable to walk around in,” adds associate editor Lauren Witonsky, who also tested and raved about this pair.
I personally tested this pair of sandals around New York City and was pleasantly surprised by their sturdy feel and cushioned footbed. The shoes have enough grip to walk around in uneven terrain and a breathable upper for hotter days — which won’t make your feet sweaty.
Editor Evan Siegel says he bought these shoes last July for their comfort feature. “They’re super comfortable, easy to slip on and perfect for long walks. The shoe’s outsole is slightly rounded, which took a little adjustment, but was easy to acclimate to,” he adds.
