This breakfast is hearty, filling and rich in fiber. The cereal adds some bulk to the food, but won't end up making you gain weight.
Swap option: If you're into blueberries, top the yogurt with those, instead.
Ingredients
- 5.3 oz container nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup high-fiber cereal such as Fiber One
- 1 cup raspberries
Preparation
Take the yogurt, top it with cereal, then layer with raspberries (or other fresh berries), and enjoy!
