Why limit the wonderful smoky, charred flavors of the grill to just food? Adding these signature summer tastes to a liquor-infused Arnold Palmer makes an already awesome drink even better.
- 8 lemons, halved
- 16 ounces limoncello
- 16 ounces sweetened iced tea
1. Preheat the grill to 400°F.
2. Place the lemon halves cut-side down on the grill. Grill until blackened and charred.
3. Squeeze the juice from the grilled lemons into a sieve over the mouth a large pitcher filled with ice (to catch the seeds). Add the limoncello, tea and stir.
