Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 5 ice cubes

Preparation

In a blender, combine milk, banana, raspberries, blueberries, protein powder and ice and blend until the mixture is smooth. Serve in a tall glass.
