Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons almond butter
- 1 scoop whey protein powder
- 1 tablespoon hulled hemp seeds
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup ice
Preparation
In a blender, combine coconut water, yogurt, almond butter, protein powder, hemp seeds, banana and ice. Serve in 2 tall glasses.
