- 2 apples, peeled, cored and small diced
- 1 stalk celery, small diced
- 1 large handful dried cranberries
- 1 large handful chopped walnuts
- vanilla yogurt
This easy, healthy apple salad is a great after-school snack or easy breakfast, and you can make it ahead! I used to eat this every morning for breakfast when I was a kid, and then as an adult when I first moved to New York City.
Swap option: You can use any variety of apple you like; I prefer Red Delicious, but Galas work, or any crunchy apple works great here, too.
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, and serve. That's it!
