This affordable finder can help you track down anything you tag using sounds, from your keys to wallets, remotes, phones and more. It comes with four small receivers that you can stick onto anything you might lose. Simply press the color-coded button for whatever you’re looking for, and it will beep to lead you straight there — even through couch cushions and walls, and up to 130 feet away, according to the brand. Post stuck one on her TV remote, so she’ll never lose it again.
To help kickstart your holiday shopping, Post is pitching this for the handyman (or woman!) on your list. The hands-free hack lets you see what you’re doing in low-light situations, whether you’re working on a DIY project, camping or going on a walk in the evening. They’re adjustable, so they’ll fit most hands, and batteries are included.
Is there anything more annoying than wrestling with a comforter that shifts and slides all around inside your duvet cover? “It has three color temperatures, adjustable brightness and gives you much better lighting for makeup, skin care, or even putting on contacts or tweezing brows,” Brach shares. “It’s a small upgrade that makes a huge difference for me!”
“I’ve really been having issues with socks lately,” confesses deputy managing editor, partnerships, Francesca Cocchi Zabloudil. “The old-school no-show ones that only go around the perimeter of the foot are too low and uncomfortable around the toe (and look awful if I’m at someone’s house and take my shoes off), but regular ankle socks show too much... Anyway, I recently found these and I love them. They hit lower than regular ankle socks, but not too low. I can wear them to work out, but also with a cute pair of sneakers and they won’t show. Beauty PSA: You’re probably not cleaning your makeup brushes enough, and it could be making your skin worse! Lucky for all of us, this liquid takes the hard work out of the task. Simply pour the cleaner in a bowl (enough to cover about a quarter of each bristle), dip the brush in and wipe it off on a cloth or paper towel. Repeat if you need until the brush wipes clean — zero rinsing required!
