Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4-1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 2-3 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 handful organic baby spinach
- 1½ cups unsweetened coconut milk drink
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder (optional)
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
