The proof is in the pudding and this one is a winner. My family loves this easy everyday take on Key lime pie. It’s a creamy, pudding-like spin with far less sugar than the classic. Plus, it’s packed with protein and is super simple to whip up (no oven required!). I love that you can enjoy it any number of ways … as a better-for-you dessert, a fuss-free snack or even a nutritious breakfast. Ingredients
- 1 (5- to 6-ounce) container nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 4 Key limes or 1 regular lime, juiced (about 2 tablespoons)
- 1½ teaspoons sugar
- 1 graham cracker square, crushed
- 1 slice lime (optional)
Preparation
1.Mix the yogurt, key lime juice, and sugar in a small bowl.
2.Sprinkle the crushed graham cracker crumbs on top.
3.Garnish with the slice of lime, if desired.
