People Magazine’s Style and Beauty Director, Brittany Talarico, joined TODAY to break the news, and the publication’s Deputy Beauty Director, Jackie Fields, stopped by Jenna & Sheinelle to unveil even more of the buzziest winners. From the relaunch of Marc Jacobs’ makeup line to E.l.f.’s first foray into hair care, these products represent this year’s best in beauty.

Marc Jacobs Beauty is back, and this eyeliner has gone totally viral, per Talarico. Not only does it go on smoothly and blend out easily, but it’s also waterproof, promising up to 24 hours of smudge-resistant wear.
“It’s incredibly pigmented and long-lasting, gliding on the lid with a creamy formula,” notes Talarico. “Perfect for day-to-night looks.”
There are countless lip treatments on the market, but this one is People Magazine’s pick. It can be used daily as part of your everyday makeup routine or applied generously as an overnight lip mask.

It’s also infused with “vitamin-rich tomato seed oil,” which Talarico says can help soothe and shield skin.
We never skip using skin care on our faces, but odds are the region just below it doesn’t get quite the same level of TLC.
