E.l.f. Instant Lift Brow Pencil
If you’re looking to groom your brows on a budget, this E.l.f. pencil has you covered! Shop TODAY production coordinator Isy Tocci calls it her “holy grail” brow product. Not only is it inexpensive (just $3!) it’s easy to use. With a fine tip, it’s great for detailed shaping, and the spoolie brush on the opposite end makes it easy to comb out your brows.
