- 3 cups white rice
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/3 cup edamame
- 1/3 cup corn
- 1/3 cup diced carrots
- 1/3 cup diced mushrooms
- 1/3 cup Chinese sausage (optional)
- 1 medium tomato
If you are lazy, this recipe is for you. It's so easy.
Technique tip: Use the cup which comes with the rice cooker to measure the rice. The ratio of rice to water is 1:1.2. The more advanced rice cooker has a water line: For 3 cups of rice, add water to line 3.
Add all the ingredients except the tomato to the rice cooker, starting with the rice and water.2.
Cut an X across the top of the tomato and place in the center.3.
Close the lid and turn on the rice cooker.4.
When done, mix together and serve.
