Sure, you can go the traditional egg nog route. But crushed candy canes give this classic drink some major holiday oomph.
- 1 cup good-quality egg nog
- 2 ounces Kahlua
- 1 ounce Creme de Menthe
- Candy canes, pulverized in a food processor
- Bar of milk chocolate
- Mint sprigs, for garnish
1. Add egg nog, Kahlua and Creme de Menthe in a shake. Gently shake until frothy.
2. Rim glass mug with crushed candy cane and pour into a glass.
3. Garnish with milk chocolate shavings and mint sprig.
