Spice up a minty Brazilian caipirinha cocktail with jalapeño.
- 1/2 lime
- 5 mint leaves
- Chopped jalapeño, as desired
- 1½ tablespoons sugar
- Ice cubes
- Cachaça (Brazilian rum made with sugar cane alcohol)
Cut the lime into slices and place in a large glass. Add the mint leaves, jalapeño and sugar. Muddle well to extract the juices. Add the ice and cover with the cachaça. Mix well with a spoon. Enjoy!
