Ingredients
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream per float glass
- 2 tablespoon chocolate syrup
- 1/4 cup hot espresso coffee
- 1/4 cup natural cream soda
- 6 cup dollops whipped cream
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon for garnish
- 6 teaspoon float glasses
Preparation
Baking Directions:
1.Add 2 scoops vanilla ice cream into each of 6 float glasses.
2.Combine cream soda and chocolate syrup with the hot espresso and pour over each serving.
3.Top with a dollop of whipped cream and garnish with white chocolate curls and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Stir with a tall spoon and enjoy.
Tips:
Note: If desired, add 1 tablespoon amaretto liqueur or cognac to the cream soda, chocolate syrup, and espresso mixture and pour over each serving.
