Joy Fit Club member Beth Weick shares her recipe for an easy sweet treat that uses pumpkin instead of butter and oil.
- 1 box of spice cake mix
- 1 15-ounce can of pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1/2 cup or less of mini chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix together the cake mix and pumpkin and then add chocolate chips.
Bake for 10 -12 minutes. Let cool on cooling rack.
