Igor's Cobless Corn Pudding (beauty)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 cup baking powder
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoon eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 15 1/3 ounce creamed corn
  • 1/4 cup corn kernels (about 2 ears)

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Preheat oven to 350.2. In a large mixing bowl combine the dry ingredients.

Stir in eggs, butter, milk and canned corn, and mix thoroughly.

Fold in fresh corn.

Pour the batter into greased 9 X 9-inch baking pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

Let cool slightly before serving.
