Ingredients
- 1 pint lemon sorbet or other flavor of your choice
- 1 pint bottle of martini & rossi prosecco sparking wine
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Scoop 3 small balls of sorbet into each glass using a melon baller.
Fill to within half an inch of the rim with the prosecco.
Garnish with a lemon twist and mint leaves.
