Blue cheese is so flavorful and rich that you can’t tell that this dressing is made with yogurt instead of mayonnaise or sour cream. Use it as a dip for raw vegetables or a thick and creamy salad topping.
- 5 ounces crumbled blue cheese (1 heaping cup)
- ¾ cup 2% Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- ½ teaspoon granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
In a large bowl, mash the blue cheese and yogurt together with a fork. Whisk in the remaining ingredients until smooth and creamy. The dressing can be refrigerated for up to 7 days.
