Rep. Chris Collins plans to fight insider trading allegations, continue re-election bid


Federal prosecutors charged Rep. Chris Collins, R-N.Y., with insider trading on Wednesday, alleging the congressman schemed with his son to avoid significant losses on an investment with the Australian biotechnology company, Innate Immunotherapeutics.
