Amid encouraging signs that the coronavirus curve is flattening, Andrew Cuomo, governor of New York, tells TODAY “it’s not a decline, it’s just the flattening of the increase” and warns that “if we stop doing what we are doing, you will see those numbers go back.” He says that widespread testing will be key to getting things back to normal, “and we don’t have that capacity now.”
