“I want you to feel almost like you stumbled into a hug,” said Roy Choi, owner of A-Frame, a south L.A. restaurant that’s one of the city’s loudest. According to a sound meter, the noise level was similar to a lawnmower, or a Boeing 737 taking off from 100 feet away. NBC’s Mike Taibbi reports.
