Asked to comment on whether Vice President Joe Biden deliberately leaked the story that his son Beau Biden’s dying wish was for him to run for president, Mark Halperin, managing editor of Bloomberg Politics, said “Joe Biden likes to talk” and “I don’t think this is a big deal.” He suggests that Biden will still have time to jump into the race if Hillary Clinton loses to Bernie Sanders in early primaries.
