Charleston mayor: Storm surge, high tide are a major concern for low-lying city


John Tecklenburg, mayor of Charleston, South Carolina, tells TODAY his city did a great job evacuating people as Hurricane Matthew roared up the East Coast, but the concern is now focused on the high winds, storm surge, and flooding. Mayor Tecklenburg says crews are prepared to begin response and recovery after the storm passes.
