Last week felt like Black Friday in the summer, with almost every major retailer having a huge blowout sale. But if you didn’t get a chance to add everything you needed to your cart, we have good news: The summer savings are still going strong!
So many retailers have already kicked off the Fourth of July sales, bringing deals on editor-approved finds, beauty must-haves, summer fashion and more warm-weather essentials.
Keep reading to shop all of the early holiday deals our editors are eyeing now.

“The formula sinks into the skin effortlessly and requires hardly any dry-down time before starting your makeup routine,” writer Danielle Murphy shares about this sunscreen. “Plus, it offers a dewy base that gives the skin a glow even with a little foundation and concealer on top. There’s also zero pilling or product breakup, even in spots that crease like around the nose and smile lines.”
This Shop TODAY award-winner is a great pick for mature skin. One of our testers reported a noticeable brightening effect after using it daily. According to the brand, it can also help reduce wrinkles, re-firm contours and smooth skin overall.
We’re officially entering the dog days of summer, and if you’re looking for something to help you cool down on the go, I swear by this neck fan. It delivers a surprisingly powerful cooling effect for an affordable price tag and has multiple speed settings.

JBL Flip 7 Speaker
“The JBL Flip 7 ultimately felt like the best overall speaker for most people because it balanced portability, durability, sound quality and genuinely useful features better than anything else I tested,” freelance writer Andrea Smith shared after trying multiple portable Bluetooth speakers. “It wasn’t the smallest speaker in the group, but it consistently felt like the most versatile. It handled indoor and outdoor listening equally well without ever feeling bulky or overcomplicated.”

Best Target Fourth of July deals
Our editors are huge fans of Stanley’s Quenchers, and this festive version is perfect for the upcoming holiday. “I resisted getting a Stanley for years because I owned plenty of other reusable water bottles and I thought, ‘How good could it be?’ Well, dear reader, it is THAT good,” one former editor shared. “I keep a 30-ounce tumbler at my desk at work and another at home that comes with me everywhere, from the gym to the grocery store to bed. I swear I drink significantly more water because it’s just so convenient. The handle is comfortable to hold and the straw is supremely easy to drink out of.”
A Bogg bag is the ultimate summer essential. The large size means that you can fit countless items in it. I’ve filled it with snacks, towels and various beach gear and it always feels like there’s still room for more. It has a flat bottom, so it stays standing up and your stuff isn’t at risk of spilling out. It’s also made from an antimicrobial EVA material that’s easy to rinse off dirt or sand from your adventures.
It rarely goes on sale, so if you’ve been considering getting one, now is the time.
If you’re in need of a new vacuum, we have our eyes on this one from Shark, which is currently 50% off. Not only is it highly rated on Target’s site, but it’s also a great option for those with pets, the brand says, as it has powerful suction to pick up hair.

“If this brush had a nickname, I’d take bets that it would be ‘Old Reliable,’” Murphy says. “It’s been around for a long time, for the simple reason that it gets the job done. It tackled my thick hair with ease and dried all of it in a quick amount of time. Is it anything fancy? Not really. But it offers plenty of heat and a solid amount of airflow that helps me style my hair with efficiency. That’s all I really require when I need to get my hair looking good in 15 minutes or less.”

If you live alone or in a small space, this single-serve Keurig is the perfect choice for your morning brew. I have brought it with me to multiple New York City apartments and even in the smallest kitchens, it has fit perfectly on the countertop without taking up too much space.
“My absolute favorite setting that these AirPods offer is conversation awareness, which lowers the volume of the media that you’re listening to when it detects that you’re speaking with someone,” says social media producer Dani Musacchio, “Gone are the days of having to awkwardly shuffle to remove your AirPods from your ears to hear the person you’re talking to.”

Best Old Navy Fourth of July deals
During Old Navy’s holiday sale, you can score up to 70% off customer favorites. The retailer is one of my favorite spots to shop for basics and I own multiple colors of this tank top. It’s super stretchy, but fitted enough to still look flattering. I pair it with everything from jeans to long skirts and love how easy it is to style every time.
Editor Kamari Stewart-Jackson bought these pants after seeing them on social media being touted as a great option for plus-sized people. “I caught them on sale one day and bought them in three colors,” she says. “They kept me cool on vacation in Florida and were great for commuting home. They very quickly became a spring and summer wardrobe staple for me and I reach for them all the time!”
“To be completely honest, I haven’t loved a bathing suit this much in... years,” one former editor shared about this swim dress. “It’s snug without being too tight, and the built-in cups provide just enough support (and they don’t become loose when wet, which is a huge plus). The wraparound skirt is attached to the swimsuit, which is nice because I’d probably lose it in the laundry if it wasn’t. I also really like how it creates a cinched look. I think this piece is the perfect combination of comfortable and stylish.”

How we chose
The Shop TODAY editors and writers search the internet to find the best products out there. We interview expert sources, comb through customer reviews and even use our own personal experiences to make shopping easier for our readers.
As an editorial team, we independently create content and determine coverage based on research, reporting and what we think TODAY.com readers would like to read about. The goal of our content is to provide a service and inform readers who are on the hunt for the latest products to help make their life better. Items are sold by retailer, not TODAY.
