    • 2 packages of ramen noodles (cooked without flavor pack)
    • 1 clove of garlic (chopped)
    • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
    • 2 cups frozen shrimp
    • 3 teaspoons plus 2 tablespoons sesame oil
    • 3 teaspoons plus 2 tablespoons soy sauce


  1. In a wok, heat 3 teaspoons of sesame oil then add the chopped garlic. 
  2. Add the frozen vegetables and cook until almost defrosted.
  3. Add the frozen shrimp and cook until defrosted.
  4. Add 3 teaspoons of soy sauce and mix with the shrimp and vegetables.
  5. Add the plain cooked ramen noodles to wok.
  6. Add 2 tablespoons sesame oil.
  7. Add 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
  8. Mix together and serve.
