Tommy Chong of iconic comedy duo Cheech and Chong has a sandwich that's just as over-the-top as he is: the "Prison Special" is inspired by his fond memories of prison, where he used to eat tons of chicken quesadillas drenched in hot sauce.
Ingredients
- Baguette
- Pulled chicken
- Ham
- Swiss cheese
- Tomato, sliced
- Onion, thinly sliced
- Avocado, sliced
- Dill pickle spears
- Dijon mustard
- Mayo
- Sriracha
Preparation
Sliced baguette in half lengthwise. Pile all ingredients onto bottom half of bread. Smear top half liberally with mustard, mayo and lots of Sriracha. Top sandwich with other half of bread.
