Blueberry Frozen Yogurt Pie
- 2 pint fresh or frozen blueberries,
- 1/4 cup splenda,
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Soften and spoon frozen yogurt into graham cracker crust.
Freeze.
In meantime, in a medium saucepan, bring to a boil your mix of the frozen blueberries with the necessary ingredients.
Remove from heat once thickened.
Refrigerate.
Slice pie and top with blueberry topping.
