Quitting smoking? Study shows 3 popular methods have same success rate

A new study finds that three popular methods for quitting smoking have about the same success rate. Researchers from the University Of Wisconsin looked at a thousand people who wanted to give up cigarettes, and compared the effectiveness of nicotine patches, patches plus lozenges, and the drug Chantix. They found success rates were similar for all three: about one in five smokers were smoke-free a year later.
