With just a few simple ingredients frozen fries get a serious flavor upgrade. Fresh parsley, garlic and Parmesan give them an Italian twist that's absolutely irresistible.
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Italian parsley
- 3 cloves garlic
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 pounds frozen crinkle fries
- Nonstick cooking spray
For the topping:
On a cutting board add the cheese, parsley, garlic, a pinch of salt and a few grinds of pepper. Chop together until finely minced. Set aside.
For the fries:
Open bag of fries and spray cooking spray into the bag for a few seconds. Close the bag and shake to coat. Bake fries as directed on packaging. Remove from the oven and immediately toss in a large bowl with the prepared topping.
