This yogurt dip is such an easy and delicious recipe for breakfast or anytime of the day. It comes together in two minutes and is great to serve with some fresh fruit, breakfast biscuits or graham crackers.

Technique tip: Double or triple the recipe to keep in the fridge. It stays fresh for up to 5 days.

Swap options: You can use really any yogurt you want, dairy-based or dairy-free. For a lighter option, you can use peanut butter powder.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or your favorite yogurt (plain)
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • fresh fruit of choice, to serve

Preparation

Add the yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract to a bowl and mix well.

Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
