Fast food sales to top $188 billion by end of 2013

Market research firm Packaged Facts reports a 5 percent bump in sales at fast food restaurants from last year. Possible explanations for the spike are store re-imaging and aggressive menu changes, but consumers say it’s all about the low prices.
