05:11

Speaking with TODAY from West Palm Beach, Florida, Republican presidential candidate Ben Carson brushes off his faltering polls, saying “it’s a marathon, not a sprint” and he still has “plenty of time” to make his case to voters. He tells Matt Lauer that the American system was made for “the citizen statesman, not the career politician” and questioned whether Washington insiders can solve the nation’s problems.
