Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese, at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon instant espresso powder
- 2 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup marsala
- 1/2 cup confectioner
- 1/2 cup teapoon vanilla extract
- 8 cup lady finger cookies
Preparation
Baking Directions:
In a large bowl, using a stand mixer, beat together the whipped topping with mascarpone cheese until light and fluffy.
In another small bowl, stir together the espresso powder and cocoa with marsala, vanilla and sugar.
Beat this coffee syrup into whipped topping and cheese mixture.
Spoon into four dessert glasses and refrigerate.
Garnish with two lady finger cookies and cocoa powder.
