- Spicy and Sweet Italian Sausage
- Broccoli Rabe
- Shallots
- Olive Oil
- Shredded Fontina Cheese
- Crushed Red Pepper
- Soft Roll
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Slice the grilled sausage.
Toss in the sautéed broccoli rabe, shallots and crushed red pepper.
Cook together, then stuff the mixture into a soft roll that has been brushed with extra virgin olive oil.
Sprinkle with shredded fontina.
