Chef notes
The kids eat these Brussels sprouts like popcorn! They taste amazing and they're so easy to make.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds Brussels sprouts
- 2 tablespoons Garlic infused olive oil (or regular olive oil), for cooking
- 1/2 packet Goya Salad & Vegetable seasoning
Preparation
Cut the Brussels sprouts in half (or quarters if they're on the larger side).
Heat the olive oil in a medium sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add the Brussels sprouts to the pan and sprinkle the seasoning on top. Cook, stirring frequently, for about 5 minutes or until the Brussels sprouts are crispy.
Editor's note: If you can't find Goya Salad and Vegetable Seasoning, season vegetables to taste with salt, dehydrated garlic and pepper (the main ingredients in the seasoning blend).
