Ingredients
- 1 cup egg whites
- 2 pound powdered sugar
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 2 pound mixed nuts
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Preheat the oven to 300. In a clean, dry bowl, whip the egg whites until they begin to foam.
Gradually add the powdered sugar and whip until a stiff meringue forms.
Fold in the cocoa powder and nuts, drop by spoonfuls on to greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 35 minutes.
