You only need 3 ingredients for these bacon-wrapped jalapeno poppers.
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, cut lengthwise to fit into jalapenos
- 12 jalapenos, halved lengthwise, seeds removed
- 12 strips bacon, halved
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cover a sheet pan with aluminum foil.
2. Place cheese in jalapenos and wrap with a strip of bacon. Repeat.
3. Place on baking sheet and bake for about 20-25 minutes until bacon is crispy.
