President Trump and China cool rising trade tensions
President Trump said that China has agreed to cut tariffs on American-made cars and China has agreed to resume buying some American farm products in a new “trade truce,” cooling tensions between the two countries. The U.S. will also postpone a plan to hike tariffs on $200 billion of Chinese goods, TODAY’s Craig Melvin reports.
