The Oscar-winning director of “Titanic” and “Avatar,” James Cameron, joins TODAY to talk about “Toruk – The First Flight,” the new stage production by Cirque du Soleil inspired by “Avatar.” A Cirque fan, he says their work helped inspire him as he was making the sci-fi epic. He also talks about the planned series of three sequels to “Avatar” and about the upcoming 25th anniversary of another of his films, “Terminator 2,” which will be re-released in 3-D.Sept. 7, 2016
