Florida and Georgia: High-profile midterm races decided


In Florida, Democratic Sen. Bill Nelson conceded his re-election bid to Republican Rick Scott, the state's outgoing governor. A recount showed Nelson trailed Scott by more than 10,000 votes. And in Georgia, Republican Brian Kemp was officially elected governor over opponent Stacey Abrams. TODAY’s Craig Melvin reports.
