Dr. Ashish Jha, director of the Harvard Global Health Institute, tells TODAY that the number of coronavirus cases “is going to continue to rise across the country” and warns: “A lot of hospitals are already starting to bump up against their capacity.” He says, “We need a national strategy, and every state should have a mask order” – particularly if we want to keep schools open in the fall.
