This is one of my favorite slaws because it's crunchy, refreshing and delicious. It's perfect for a summer cookout and brings bright flavors and satisfying texture to any plate of barbecue.

Technique tip: To bring out all the flavors, allow the slaw to refrigerate overnight.

Swap option: Mix red and green cabbage for more color, or use jicama instead of cabbage for an added crunch.
