Study: One in 50 schoolchildren in U.S. have autism

A new government study that has come out this morning says one in 50 schoolchildren in the U.S. have autism. Previous estimates put the number at one in 88. The Center for Disease Control says the new number comes from an increase in diagnoses, not an increase in the amount of occurrences.
