Ingredients
- 2 cup \spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup red onion
- 1 tablespoon green chilies
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1/2 cup avocado
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Cook the spinach in a pot of boiling salted water for about 1 minute.
Drain, and rinse under cold water; drain again, and squeeze dry.
Put the remaining ingredients except the avocado in a food processor, and pulse until the spinach is finely chopped, but don’t overblend.
Mash the avocado separately, then stir into the spinach mixture.
